The great thing about BIG PICTURE is that it works on so many different levels. For starters, the Symbols that are a big part of the Kits will already start to mean something when you see them e.g. Challenge. So let's say you get the Starter Kit as the entry-level Physical Kit. We would recommend you take a look through our Essentials Guide which helps you become familiar with the Board layout and Symbols.
Alongside you can get set up on the free level of the Digital Kit in which you can create a Board and share it with a colleague. We have regular events @YourBigPic using the tool as do other companies that are themselves Powered By BIG PICTURE. We run a weekly orientation on a Friday at 9a GMT which you can sign-up for here.
When you subscribe to the Digital Kit you'll be set-up as a user and provided with login details. You'll be able to create as many Boards as you wish and share with as many people as you want for each Board.

Engagement, Collaboration and Outcomes are at the heart of everything we do. The 3 Laws of Engagement™ flip top-down, vague narrative and %'s into bottom-up, practical steps with empirical data. Yes we've only gone and provided you with a defined formula to pin-down what's going in the room. It's not your view moreso the view of colleagues who are all able to feedback from their own perspective. Is about how engaged you are in the time you have. Calculate an Engagement Coefficient (ε) using Business Thinking Minutes (BTMs), defined as time sharing a useful truth about the business, as a proportion of the time avalable, and the number of people of people engaged and recognises this is harder for larger group sizes.
Is about how many good ideas you're coming up with. Calculate a Collaboration Velocity (Cv) using your Engagement Coefficient (ε), focusing on the number of gems and ideas you're generating again as a proportion of the time available.
