Where can I learn more?

To find out about people just like you who are using BIG PICTURE in the real world you can browse our Community of Practice. It will enable you to get really familiar with how BIG PICTURE works so that you can confidently and skilfully deploy it as an indispensible resource in your business, no matter what kind of work you do.

You can take a look around and if you have something to contribute then login and leave your mark. We're all about different perspectives and sharing useful insights so get in amongst and play your part.

Do you offer consultancy?

Think about it as a conversation with someone using BIG PICTURE already who will have seen it and done it to get the most from your time using the tools. So yes that conversation might uncover some work that would be best turned into a work package. We don't have any set packages for this as it's different each time.

To kick things off you'll see an 'Engage an Expert' link that connects you with the right people for the kind of work you do. That means you'll be able to get down to business straight away by sharing relevant insights.

How do I get access to the Digital Kit?

When you subscribe to the Digital Kit you'll be set-up as a user and provided with login details. You'll be able to create as many Boards as you wish and share with as many people as you want for each Board.

The Digital Kit works inside your favourite browser and has a great look and feel so you'll be dragging on Symbols and making connections with colleagues straight off the bat. We run a weekly orientation on a Friday at 9a GMT which you can sign-up for here.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do. While all international orders require a quote for shipping price estimates, we can ship your items pretty much anywhere there's an address. All we need to provide you with an estimate of your international shipping cost is three pieces of information:

The Item (or Items) You Want to Order
The Quantity You Need of Each Item
The Full Address You Want to Ship to

We use either our UPS or FedEx account to ship orders beyond the UK, depending on which courier offers the best cost and transit times. However, if your company has its own UPS or FedEx account you'd like to use instead, no problem! Simply let your sales representative know when you place your order, and we'll get all the authorisations in place.

When you want to ship your order internationally, we ask that you prepay for shipping at the time you place your order. The shipping quote we provide will include taxes, duties, and anything else that needs to be covered before your order leaves the factory. As soon your items have been decorated and boxed up, they'll be ready to make the trip overseas!

Where is the best place to start?

The great thing about BIG PICTURE is that it works on so many different levels. For starters, the Symbols that are a big part of the Kits will already start to mean something when you see them e.g. Challenge. So let's say you get the Starter Kit as the entry-level Physical Kit. We would recommend you take a look through our Essentials Guide which helps you become familiar with the Board layout and Symbols.

Alongside you can get set up on the free level of the Digital Kit in which you can create a Board and share it with a colleague. We have regular events @YourBigPic using the tool as do other companies that are themselves Powered By BIG PICTURE. We run a weekly orientation on a Friday at 9a GMT which you can sign-up for here.

What is your Return Policy?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I get a refund?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

What makes you different?

BIG PICTURE was created here and is 100% original. The tools were created by Martin Johnson to overcome the frustration when colleagues were being left out of the loop. The doodles in his book became what you see presented to you today as BIG PICTURE. Underpinned by the Laws of Engagement that we created to measure engagement, collaboration and long-lasting outcomes.
