I'm not sure whether you've had the same thought? That businesses could be better. More human, natural more like an organism rather than an organisation. I was frustrated we weren't able to unleashing into the huge potential that sits out in teams across medium and larger organisations. I did something about it by lifting the doodles I would use in my daybook and creating this, BIG PICTURE, as you now see it in it's full glory on this site. Here I am in my own words ..

As Mart explains there's a massive opportunity here if you work with people and colleagues, in any form, to generate more outcomes in less time. We'll provide you with the Kits, the learning for you do it yourself and, if you wish, to 'Engage an Expert' to provide some guidance after better understanding what it is you do. We also have a Community of Practice which would be good to look up and join so we can continue the conversation as and when.
