When I'm running a session I'm always putting myself out there and thinking about how is this going to be from the learner's perspective This can be tricky, especially for larger groups. Best to cut through how hard that is by giving every individual the chance to think more clearly and share that. A great way to set-up the room, set a context for the content and land outcomes through real behavior change after the event!

I have my Kits in my office that are ready to go at a moment's notice! Without giving the game away too much I've got set start points for the Board which means I can pick the one that best fits the 'artful question' I like to start sessions with. If the meeting is first thing Monday I'm set-up and ready to go as attendees arrive.

Looking at the whole end-to-end learning experience once activated colleagues take their BIG PICTURE with them which is a great way to run a consistent thread through sessions, 1 to 1s and their daily. They don't need much encouragement to take it with them and update it as it's their story not ours .. and we all like to tell that don't we?!
